Accesses to the villa have stairs (at least 12 steps), the location is a rural environment with wild rabbit, hares, hawks, foxes, lizards, non-poisonous snakes. The Owner has an independent taverna (close to the villa) and shares the same access gate to occasionally check water level, solar power functioning, plants watering.
